Chloe Russell
Consultant, Communications & Engagement
Chloe Russell is a presenter, producer and science communicator working across art, science, nature and wellbeing. She joins the Coastal Partnerships Network (CPN) with a background in environmental communications, podcasting and public engagement, including her work with Thames Estuary Partnership, where she has supported digital content, social media and the Talk of the Thames podcast.
At CPN, Chloe is supporting communications and storytelling across the network, with a particular focus on the Transformative Research Actions for Resilient Coastal Communities (TRACC) project. Her work helps translate coastal research, community insight and partnership activity into engaging, accessible content for wider audiences, stakeholders and networks. She is especially interested in how creative storytelling can support coastal communities, climate adaptation and deeper public connection with blue spaces.
Alongside her work with CPN, Chloe is developing a PhD with Falmouth University exploring how sound, deep listening and creative science communication can support environmental connection and wellbeing. Her wider practice is rooted in a passion for water, place-based storytelling and the emotional power of environmental communication, creating work that not only informs people, but helps them feel connected, curious and invested in the natural world.
